Which DSC is commonly used for MCA, GST and Income Tax?+
A Class 3 Signature DSC is commonly used for these filing workflows. The correct applicant type—individual or organization—depends on the portal and the capacity in which you are signing.
Is a USB token mandatory?+
Many DSC workflows require the certificate and private key to be stored on a compatible cryptographic USB token. If you already have a compliant token, compatibility should be checked before ordering another.
How long is a DSC valid?+
Common validity options are one, two or three years, depending on the product. Renewal is a new issuance process and should be started before expiry.
Can I get a DSC from Chandigarh if I am elsewhere in India?+
Yes. Most steps are paperless and can be assisted remotely, subject to the certifying authority’s applicable KYC and verification requirements.
What is the difference between Signature and Combo DSC?+
A Signature certificate signs and authenticates. A Combo certificate includes signing and encryption capabilities for workflows that specifically require both.
Do you issue the certificate yourselves?+
No. The licensed Certifying Authority issues and approves the certificate. Dsc Signature provides partner assistance, configuration guidance and customer support.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?+
We confirm your use case, applicant type and validity, then share the current price and applicable document checklist before you proceed.
Should I share my token password or private key?+
No. Never share a token password, OTP or private key with anyone. Our team will not ask you to disclose a private key.
